Ligent Technologies, Inc. Debuts at ECOC 2025 Showcases 1.6T Series Products in Copenhagen

From September 29th to October 1st, 2025, the European Conference on Optical Communication (ECOC), the largest optical communication event in Europe, was held at the Bella Center in Copenhagen, Denmark. Co-hosted by ECOC and Nexus, this year's exhibition brought together over 400 exhibitors and more than 13,000 professional attendees, covering an exhibition area of 25,000 square meters.

Making its debut appearance, Ligent Technologies centered its showcase around "Innovation in Optical Fiber Communication Technology," comprehensively presenting its solutions for AI cloud computing, FTTx, and transmission networks. At the exhibition site, Ligent Technologies conducted a series of live performance demonstrations of its 1.6T products. Key products highlighted included:

The showcased Ligent 1.6T series products leverage two core technology platforms – Silicon Photonics (SiPh) and Electro-absorption Modulated Laser (EML). They are designed for broad adaptability in next-generation data centers and communication networks, specifically targeting AI network architectures, high-performance computing servers, and long-distance communication scenarios. These products provide efficient solutions for high-density data transmission demands.
